At Risenmark, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

Return Window

We accept eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with its original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and any included items.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your full name
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason for return
  • Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review it quickly.

If approved, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the issue:

  • A replacement
  • A store credit
  • A refund to your original payment method

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Risenmark will provide the best available solution based on the issue.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you ordered the correct item but changed your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by Risenmark.

The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, or included items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products, if opened or used
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or handling
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

After this period, your order may already be processed by our fulfillment partner and may not be eligible for cancellation.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your approved refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account or contact your payment provider.
