Where does Risenmark ship?

Risenmark currently ships to customers within the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

After processing, U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, shipping carrier, fulfillment location, holidays, weather, or unexpected delays.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, when available.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking can sometimes take a few business days to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at support@risenmark.com and we will help check the status of your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping fees, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request to change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

After this period, your order may already be processed by our fulfillment partner, and we may not be able to cancel or update it.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Risenmark is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

First, please check your mailbox, front door, parcel locker, building reception, household members, and neighbors.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before final delivery.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment location.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
